WarCrime is an OxymoronLost the drive to continue therapy  I lost the drive to talk it out  And I lost the drive to stray from the bottle  I lost the courage to say "I hate my dead dad!"  I lost the memory of his screams and his bloodshot blue eyes  Do you still think you're a man when you fight a hopeless war only to die  I hope my father laughs in his grave

On such a cold damn day.Such cold damn days. That’s all I could think about when it rained. I saw the most ominous thing as I walked home from the drug store. There was a little flower in a tree with such brilliant color to it. The kind you think twice about picking. I stopped to look at it and realized I was in a puddle. But that’s just how much I wanted to look at it. But then the wind blew away the protective leafs and the harsh rain beat it to the pitiless concrete. As I watched it become infected with the ground I thought, “How sad that something so new to the world was beaten down by something as old as time.”  I paid my respects to th On such a cold damn day.

where does the blame fall?I stood at the bottom of the stairs.  Suitcase in hand, knapsack across my chest. I was leaving. I didn’t have anything for me in this city.  This city….   
I thought this city loved me. I thought it was real. When I was little it would sing me to sleep at night. It would keep me safe from the shadows outside. It would keep me healthy by letting me run around in it. It let me draw it, take pictures of it, and dream of it. It let me see it upside down and sideways.  Not just right side up.  Now what has it done to me.  It’s shunned me. It’s shut me out and held me down. Forced me to stay i where does the blame fall?

The Day I Saw An AngelMost people, in November, they go to relatives houses. Get together with family. Share good times and memories. Laugh, live.  In November I had a different experience.  I saw an angel.  In the most unexpected place. On the border of California, the golden state, and Nevada, the silver state. The state of ocean and summer and the state of deserts and snowy winters. As I sat in the car with my cousins, loud obnoxious music playing, I thought only of home and the things I missed with all my heart.  I felt the vehicle move, turn. Just thought I'd update my journal. Meh last one was a bit expired.

Soooooooooooo what's new in my life? Hmmm. (Hey tell me what's up with yours. I'm interested.)

Uh I got new drumsticks there black and yellow. Kinda funny looking but nice. I (stole) borrowed Elly's camera and took a bunch of pictures from my rooftop. Amazaing views of the city. Mostly stayed inside this weekend. New for me. Some friends came over and we watched a bunch of random movies and drank hot choclate/coffe/soda or mixtures of all (Lex).
I GOT A DOG!!. She's so fucking cool and sleeps on my bed and my cat is all pissed and jealous.

haha.

I'm kinda sad cause I want more people to look at my writing. Everyone says its real good but I want other peoples perspectives. Eh whatev. I can't sleep so I'm up typing this.
Wish me luck with sleep and homework.
